RE-ENTRY of FOREIGN WORKERS by SPECIAL EPS-TOPIK (CBT)

Marami ang nag-alala dahil ang sa sincere workers ay dapat below 50 ang empleyado sa pinagtatrabahuang kumpanya.


Huwag mag-alala, kung sa tingin mo ay hindi mo pa kayang mag-for-good sa Pilipinas at kailangan pang bumalik ng Korea ay may chance pa rin makabalik sa pamamagitan ng Special EPS-TOPIK o CBT (Computer Based Test).

RE-ENTRY SYSTEM FOR FOREIGN COMMITTED WORKERS?

Foreign workers who have been employed under EPS for 3 years and returned to their country voluntarily within the term (E-9) are allowed to come back earlier and not required to take job training session before entry.

Benefits:

• For Foreign Workers: have the opportunity to work for the last company they were employed at if they worked for at least a year over.

Eligibility:

1. Re-employed and returned to their country voluntarily within the term.

Workplace:

• No Limit

EPS-TOPIK:

• MUST PASS the Special EPS-TOPIK that takes place on a quarterly basis.

Job Training:

• NO NEED to take training before entry

Re-entry allowed after:

• 6 months from departure

Re-employment by Previous Workplace:

• ALLOWEDE to work for the last workplace that foreign worker worked for at least one (1) year

Employer's Prior Application

• NOT Required

Employer's Efforts to Finding Domestic Workers

• Required

Countries:

• Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan, Myanmar, Nepal, PHILIPPINES

Additional Term

• 3 years from the date of entry (additional 1 year and 10 months for re-employment)

Date of EFFECTIVITY:

• JANUARY 1, 2012
